Requirements for Achieving Eagle Scout Rank
While a Star Scout Serve in your troop for at least 6 months.
Earn 10 more merit badges so you have all of the following required badges:
First Aid
Citizenship in the Community
Citizenship in the Nation
Citizenship in the World
Communications
Personal Fitiness
Emergency Preparedness or Lifesaving
Enviromental Science
Personal management
Swimming, Hiking, or Cycling
Camping
Family Life


While a Life Scout, Plan, Develop, and give leadership to others in a service project, to any religious institution, School, or in your community. Should benefit another organization besides the Boy Scouts. The project must be approved by the benefiting organization, your Scoutmaster and Troop Committee, and council and district, before you can start. You must use the Life to Eagle Packet, BSA publication No. 18-927, in meeting this requirement.
While a Life Scout participate in one of the following leaderships roles for 6 months:

Patrol Leader
Senior Patrol Leader
Assistant Patrol Leader
Troop Guide
Den Chief
Scribe
Librarian
Historian
Quartermaster
Bugler
Junior Assistant Scoutmaster
Chaplain Aid
Instructor
Varsity Scout Team
Or another leadership role given by the Scoutmaster.

Demonstrate scout spirit by living the Scout Oath, and Scout Law everyday.
Participate in Scoutmaster conference.
Participate in an Eagle Scout Board of Review conducted by a group of District Advancement Representatives.
