Requirements for Achieving Rank of Tenderfoot
		Come dress properly for an overnight campout.Show the camping gear you will use. Show how to pack it and carry it.
		Go on a overnight campout and sleep in a tent that you have pitched.
		Demonstrate how to whip and fuse both ends of a rope. Tie a Tautline hitch and Two Half hitches.
		Explain how to hike safely on the road and cross-country, and during the night and day. Tell what to do if you are lost.
		Display how to raise and lower the American Flag, and how to fold it.
		Repeat from memory: the Scout Oath, Law, Motto, and Slogan.
		Know your patrol name and the yell, describe your flag to your leader.
		Explain the buddy system and tell why it is used
		Record your best sit-ups, push-up, pull-ups, standing long jump, and 500 yard run/walk.
		After 30 days improve in the above tests.
		Identify local poisonous plants and tell how to treat them.
		Demonstrate the Heimlich manuever, and tell when it is used.
		Show First Aid in the following situations: cuts & scratches, blisters, first degree burns, bites or stings from insects, ticks, poisonous snake bite, nosebleed, frostbite & sunburn
		Participate in Scoutmaster conference.
		Participate in a Board of Review
